THE MINPIRE
        The Minpire is the collective force of 
Minako-affiliated Factions.  Currently, this 
actively includes: Minakochanians, Vee-chanians,
Ami&Minakochanians, Minako&Reichanians, and 
Minako&Hotaruchanians.  The alliance isn't likely 
to break down due to the additional senshi favorites
unless all other "pure" factions and evil factions 
are wiped off the face of Otaku World.


LEADERS:  Tuxedo Dionysus  (Minakochanians)
          Sailor Universe? (Minako&Reichanians)


BASE OF OPERATIONS
        Artemis-P Space Station -- While most of 
the dual factions have their own base, the space 
station in orbit around Otaku World is generally
considered the main base due to its resources and 
capabilities.  All Minako-affiliated Otaku may 
come and go as they please, and may make use of 
the facilities.  If written properly, the space 
surrounding the station is patrolled by minakochanian
guardians and other larger vessels -- they do not
like other factions.


MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENTS
       The only people who should consider themselves 
a "Minpirean" would be fans of Minako in any of her 
incarnations (Minako/Sailor Venus/Sailor V) or someone
in a Minako Dual Faction.  (IE: A fan of Minako and 
one other senshi tops. -- More than that and you 
start looking and smelling like the Outer Senshi 
Defense Force, or worse: The Neutralians! ^_^)

        Faction members must also know how to laugh 
nefariously or, failing that, how to snicker.


MEMBERSHIP ENTRANCE/ACCEPTANCE
        Declare your alliegance in a post.  It's 
as easy as that. :) Membership technically follows 
an "Open Enrollment" policy.  This doesn't mean we 
won't start up a thread regarding an "entrance exam", 
it just means that so long as you keep posting, and 
don't give up, you'll definitely pass.


FACTION ACTIVITIES
        The Minpire has been known in the past to 
initiate what is known only as "Nefarious Plans".  
These are big plans involving either most if not the 
entire Minpire.  They are basically just large plot
ideas.

        Makochanians (The Alliance is currently under investigation
to see what Tuxedo Dionysus was smoking back then.)

        Outer Senshi Defense Force
        Darkmoonians
    	  Amichanians
        Neutralians

MINPIRE NEUTRAL FACTIONS
        Reichanians
        Endymionsamaians
        Chibiusachanians
        Usagichanians        
        (Pretty much all others as well.)


Neutral Factions are sorta like Second Priority 
Enemy Targets. :)
